Job summary

Merck is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee end-to-end performance and project management for assigned protocols in a country, ensuring ICH GCP and local regulations are met. The role may cover multiple countries in a cluster.

You will lead local study teams, manage feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution and closeout, collaborate with CRA vendors, and ensure CTMS and eTMF compliance while building relationships with investigators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Main POC for assigned protocols and links between Country Operations and clinical trial team.
• Responsible for project management of the assigned studies: plans, drives, and tracks execution and performance to meet country commitments.
• Reviews Monitoring Visits Reports and escalates performance issues and training needs to CRA manager or vendors as needed.
• Leads local study teams to high performance and coordinates activities across local country roles.
