Job summary

Stepful is seeking an experienced radiography educator to coordinate clinical and didactic education, align term objectives, and build a qualified site network for accreditation.

The role requires ARRT R.T.(R), a Texas GMRT certificate, and 2+ years in clinical radiography with at least 1 year teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program. It is a remote role with travel to Texas and reimbursement of expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate; minimum two years' clinical radiography experience.
• One year as instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program; knowledge of standards.

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical and didactic education; align objectives and evaluate correlation each term.
• Build and qualify clinical site network; conduct pre-placement evaluations and secure accreditation.
• Manage placement, scheduling, supervision, and radiation safety in clinical settings.
• Develop preceptors and advise students on competency and remediation.
