Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT certification eligibility, partnering with employers to fund education and host labs and clinicals at partner facilities.

You’ll be the Clinical Coordinator, building the clinical education component, selecting partner facilities, and ensuring clinical rotations align with classroom learning, while collaborating with the Program Director and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate.
• Minimum two years' clinical experience in radiography.
• Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Build the clinical education component from the ground up and decide partner facilities.
• Ensure bedside practice aligns with classroom learning through term-by-term evaluation.
• Coordinate site readiness, preceptors, and affiliation agreements.
• Oversee placement, supervision, and safety in clinical rotations.
• Develop and support clinical preceptors and provide ongoing advisement to students.
