The role emphasizes evidence-based rationales, proper medical citations, and professional report presentation, while supporting QA improvements and client satisfaction in a 100% remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and labs.
• Must be a capable typist with at least 40 WPM.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet search.
• Excellent English usage, grammar, and style; able to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and associated documents.
• Provide evidence-based rationales and ensure client instructions are followed.
• Verify references are current and from reputable sources.
• Ensure reports are well-formatted, professional, and compliant with standards.
• Confirm proper board specialty review and documentation on each case report.
• Assist in resolving client quality assurance issues and maintain confidentiality.
