Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join as a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator. You will review peer review reports, ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality documentation.

The role is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday evening schedule (EST). Prior clinical experience and strong communication are essential to ensure service excellence and adherence to all mandates.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN nursing license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values.
• Proficient with Word/Outlook/Excel; able to compute and work with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and related documents.
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions, specifications, and questions are addressed.
• Cite current, reputable references for all content.
• Maintain high quality in reports to meet company standards.
