Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join our remote Clinical Quality Assurance team as a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator. You will review peer reports, ensure evidence-based rationales, and verify compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards.

This 100% remote role offers weekday evenings (11:00pm–7:30am EST) and the opportunity to uphold high-quality, properly cited reports while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to ERISA/state mandates.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; bachelor's preferred.
• At least two years clinical or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
• Ability to compute rates and percentages.
• Typist with 40 WPM minimum.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent English grammar and style.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• QA review of peer review reports and addendums.
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations.
• Ensure client instructions and questions are addressed.
• Cite clinical references from reputable journals.
• Maintain high quality, compliant reports.
• Verify board specialty review and credentials.
• Resolve customer complaints and QA issues.
• Adhere to ERISA/state mandates.
• Support management with consultant quality.
