Job summary

ExamWorks is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join our team as Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role is fully remote, with a Mon-Fri schedule 10:00am-6:30pm CST, occasional weekends/holidays.

You will perform QA review of peer review reports, addendums, and summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards. You must have an active nursing license, at least two years of clinical experience, strong medical knowledge, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN or LPN nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews.
• Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales support all recommendations and determinations.
• Verify client instructions and specifications are followed and questions addressed.
• Support reports with clinical citations and references from reputable journals.
• Ensure content, format, and appearance meet company standards and required board reviews.
