Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, assist with coordination and study documentation, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Entry-level experience in Clinical Research is preferred; familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, plus strong Excel and organizational skills, will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
