Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. You will assist with clinical project coordination, study documentation, and flexible processes across studies in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have entry-level clinical research exposure, experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills. Join a team focused on delivering impact in drug development and patient care.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault, CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
