Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to our clinical team from a remote location. The role involves coordinating study activities, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Entry-level clinical research experience is preferred, with familiarity in Veeva Vault, CTMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
