Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, coordinating activities across studies in a dynamic environment.

The role requires entry-level clinical research experience, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
