Syneos Health is seeking an entry-level Project Specialist to provide project and operational support to our clinical team in a remote capacity. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and study-related processes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in clinical research, familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial operations.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS systems.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
