Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, coordinating study activities and documentation in a dynamic environment. This remote role offers exposure to sponsor-dedicated projects and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has entry-level clinical research exposure, strong Excel skills, and the ability to adapt to varying study priorities while working independently.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and own tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-ups.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
