Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team and assist with study coordination. You will work within a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure study success.

This entry-level role requires understanding of clinical trial processes, experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault, CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
