Job summary

Syneos Health is recruiting a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. You’ll assist with coordination, documentation, and study-related processes in a remote setup within the United States.

Ideal candidates bring entry-level clinical research exposure, experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS, and strong Excel skills. You’ll work cross-functionally, adapt to changing priorities, and help resolve operational issues to drive study

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research with understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and follow-up actions.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
