Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote). This remote role supports the clinical team across sponsor-delivered projects in drug development, offering opportunities to coordinate study activities and maintain essential documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
