Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team. You will assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities, and support study-related processes and documentation in a dynamic environment.

Entry-level professionals with knowledge of clinical trial processes, Excel, and tools like Veeva Vault and CTMS are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault
• CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
