The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field, 1–3 years of experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of clinical study management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and study documentation practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned clinical research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities comply with regulations, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage development, maintenance, and disposal of essential documents and data (protocols, SOPs, ICFs, CRFs).
• Track activities including site monitoring, data collection, AE management, statistics, and reporting.
• Serve as primary sponsor/client contact, managing expectations and communications.
• Organize meetings, investigator updates, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Support recruitment strategies and training initiatives for study sites.
• Participate in regulatory submissions, audits, and vendor selections.
• Monitor milestones and deliverable quality to align with sponsor expectations.
