Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a motivated Clinical Project Manager for a home-based role with occasional travel. You will oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of clinical research projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sponsor satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in study documentation and data management. Travel is occasional.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of clinical research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety throughout the life cycle.
• Manage essential study documents, data, CRFs, SOPs, and informed consent forms.
• Serve as primary liaison for sponsors and clients, maintaining proactive communication.
• Organize meetings, provide investigator updates, and deliver progress reports.
• Support site/patient recruitment strategies and training initiatives.
• Participate in regulatory submissions, audits, and vendor selections.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to meet sponsor expectations.
