Alimentiv is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for a home-based, travel-optional role to oversee global GI clinical studies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain sponsor relationships while delivering high-quality data and study documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in clinical study management, strong communication, and meticulous planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical study management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of clinical research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop and manage study documents, CRFs, SOPs, and informed consent forms.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and clients; communicate progress.
• Support site and patient recruitment strategies and training.
• Assist in regulatory submissions, audits, and vendor selection.
• Track milestones and ensure deliverables meet sponsor expectations.
