Alimentiv is seeking a motivated Clinical Project Manager for home-based oversight of clinical research projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and regulatory compliance, and foster sponsor relationships while traveling occasionally as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in clinical study management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English with ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of clinical research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operations, budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety.
• Manage development, maintenance, and disposal of study documents and tools (CRFs, SOPs, ICFs).
• Assign, track, and oversee site monitoring, data collection, adverse event management, and reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and clients, managing expectations and communications.
• Organize meetings, provide investigator updates, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support site and patient recruitment strategies and training initiatives.
• Participate in regulatory submissions, audits, and vendor selection.
• Monitor milestones and deliverable quality to align with sponsor expectations.
