Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years of clinical study management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sponsors, investigators and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with compliance and quality focus.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous learning.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; able to work remotely and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of clinical research projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
• Manage study documents, CRFs, SOPs, and consent forms.
• Assign and track site monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact and manage expectations.
• Organize meetings, provide investigator updates and progress reports.
• Support recruitment strategies and training initiatives.
• Participate in regulatory submissions and vendor selection.
• Monitor team performance and milestones to meet sponsor requirements.
