Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a Clinical Project Manager in the United States to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of clinical research projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain sponsor relationships.

This home-based opportunity requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with travel as needed, and a collaborative approach to achieving project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical study management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and study documentation practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to evolving requirements.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking); able to work remotely and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of clinical research projects ensuring objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities comply with regulations, guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
• Oversee project operations, budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety throughout the study lifecycle.
• Manage study documents, data, equipment, and tools including protocols, SOPs, consent forms, and CRFs.
• Assign and oversee site monitoring, data collection, adverse event management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and clients, managing expectations and communications.
• Organize meetings, provide investigator updates, and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment strategies and development of study-related materials.
