Job summary

Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI diseases and therapeutic development. We are seeking an experienced clinical research professional to oversee regional projects, acting as the primary contact for sponsors and ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support planning, resource management, and continuous process

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in clinical research or related field.
• Three-year advanced college diploma or degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build collaborative sponsor relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with focus on quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional representative for clinical projects and ensure alignment with sponsor expectations.
• Establish and maintain sponsor relationships with effective communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee project planning, implementation, and execution with CPMs and cross-functional teams.
• Review and approve scope, budgets, timelines, and training plans to ensure delivery.
• Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics to maintain quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Oversee forecasting, resource allocation, and staffing for current and upcoming projects.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services meet sponsor expectations.
• Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and departmental budget planning.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and client engagement.
