Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD with active license.
8+ years clinical inpatient/outpatient experience in healthcare settings.
5+ years healthcare informatics focusing on EHR data analytics and pharmacy systems orchestration.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to map pharmacy workflows and define KPIs across analytics horizons.
Develop functional use-case specifications linking clinical intent to operational and financial outcomes.
Differentiate BI requirements from predictive AI and advanced modeling needs.
Map data lineage across Epic systems and pharmacy automation platforms to support robust analytics.
