Job description

We are seeking an Experienced Clinical Informaticist to bridge clinical practice and technology by translating workflows, data, and standards into effective digital solutions. This role ensures that clinical data, systems, and analytics are accurate, interoperable, and aligned with care delivery and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze and document workflows, use cases, and data requirements
• Translate clinical needs into functional/data specifications
• Support implementation and optimization of clinical systems and digital health solutions
• Ensure correct use of clinical terminologies, codes, and standards (e.g., FHIR, SNOMED)
• Validate data outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Contribute to clinical governance, reporting, analytics, and compliance initiatives
• Deep knowledge of NCQA HEDIS measures (EED, OMW) including eligibility logic, look-back periods, and audit defensibility
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data
• Experience with interoperability, clinical coding systems, and Agile/SDLC delivery models
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
