Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Consultant / Informaticist to lead enterprise pharmacy analytics and integrate clinical workflows with data platforms. You will bridge pharmacy operations, revenue-cycle priorities, and advanced data engineering to transform disparate data into an analytics-driven engine.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, an active license, 8+ years of clinical experience, and 5+ years in healthcare informatics with Epic systems.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy, PharmD, or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, from an accredited university.
• Active, unrestricted license from a State Board of Pharmacy.
• 8+ years of clinical experience in inpatient hospital, infusion center, or healthcare consulting.
• 5+ years in healthcare informatics focusing on EHR data analytics and pharmacy systems.
• Functional knowledge of Epic Willow—Inpatient/Ambulatory—and Epic Beacon.
• Understanding of Epic Cadence Scheduler slot template operations.
• Familiar with NDCs, HCPCS J-Codes, RxNorm CUIs, ICD-10, and LOINC.
• Translate pharmacy operations and workflows into technical analytics requirements.
• Experience with fragmented healthcare data, data lineage, audit logic, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical discovery workshops to map pharmacy workflows and define KPIs.
• Differentiate BI requirements from predictive AI and advanced modeling needs.
• Evaluate use cases by ROI, safety impact, compliance weight, and data feasibility.
• Trace data lineage across Epic and multi-vendor systems for robust Master Drug Index.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to create feature stores for models like stockout forecasting.
