Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a Clinical Informaticist to merge clinical expertise, informatics, and data science to support development and deployment of Sentri7 Drug Diversion platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure insights are clinically meaningful and workflow-aligned.

The role involves validating real-world data, configuring systems to support outpatient and inpatient workflows, and guiding customer success through onboarding and post-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or doctoral degree in a clinical, informatics, or quantitative field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, predictive modeling, or ML.

Responsibilities

• Understand clinical and operational workflows to translate customer requirements into surveillance strategies.
• Profile, map, and validate real-world healthcare data (medication, clinical, surveillance) for accurate, interoperable outputs.
• Support customer configuration, onboarding, and investigations; distinguish product defects from data/configuration issues.
• Perform validation testing prior to customer validation and provide post-live support.
