Job summary

Clarity Partners is seeking Clinical Informaticists to serve as the clinical informatics liaison between HIS and clinical operations for an Epic implementation, within one assigned clinical domain — either pharmacy and medication-management workflows, or perioperative and anesthesia workflows.

You will facilitate governance, support workflow design, validation, and go-live readiness for a large scale public sector client project across the chosen domain.

Qualifications

• Clinical informatics experience with Epic workflows and governance.
• Track A Pharmacy or Track B Perioperative/Anesthesia expertise.
• Hands-on Epic implementation experience preferred.
• Strong communication with clinicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support design, validation, testing, implementation, and optimization of workflows within the assigned clinical domain.
• Facilitate Epic workflow previews and future-state validation sessions.
• Ensure appropriate departmental representation throughout the implementation.
• Identify workflow, safety, readiness, and cross-functional impacts within the domain.
• Document outcomes and required decisions from governance sessions.
• Coordinate dependencies and escalation issues through governance structures.
