Job summary

Altro Health is seeking a clinical operations contractor to keep our digital health platform humming. You’ll work with the COO to ensure timely order processing, patient communication, and care coordination, all within HIPAA-compliant systems and a human-centered approach.

Based in the United States and available for 30–35 hours per week with morning Eastern Time shifts, you’ll navigate EHRs, telehealth portals, and lab/pharmacy portals, escalating issues as needed and maintaining clear handoffs

Qualifications

• 4+ years clinical experience, including at least 1 year at a digital health company with async patient communication.
• Clinically fluent, with experience handling patient communications.
• Reliable schedule, specifically morning ET hours.
• Based in the United States and willing to sign a background check and a BAA.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical protocols for order processing, patient communication, and care coordination.
• Manage daily order queue with labs and pharmacies to prevent delays.
• Triage patient messages and calls with a warm, clinically-sound voice.
• Coordinate care between clinical, fulfillment, and partner teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
