Job summary

Take a Seat Tech is seeking a clinical informatics specialist for a fully remote US role, bridging clinicians and a digital health product team to ensure safe, usable, and adopted solutions.

You will translate clinical workflows into product requirements, own content and terminology mappings, support EHR integration testing and go-live readiness, and provide a clinical voice in safety and implementation discussions.

Qualifications

• A clinical background such as RN, pharmacist, therapist or physician, combined with informatics experience.
• Working knowledge of EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner, plus terminology standards.
• Experience supporting implementations or clinical change programmes.
• Comfort working fully remote across US time zones with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical workflow into product requirements, configuration and decision support logic.
• Own clinical content, terminology mapping and order set or documentation design.
• Support EHR integration work, testing and go-live readiness with customer clinical teams.
• Act as the clinical voice in product, safety and implementation discussions.
