HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Clinical Operations & Patient Care Center Director to join one of our client partners in a full-time leadership role. The director will oversee daily patient care center operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across clinical and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Physical Therapy, or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or clinical operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Current state licensure, where applicable; CAPTE if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff to foster a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational regulations and standards.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to support excellent clinical outcomes.
• Manage staffing plans, workforce scheduling, and productivity initiatives while maintaining quality patient care.
• Develop training, coaching, and professional development programs for the team.
• Analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a positive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.
