Job summary

Sagility is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Associate Manager Non-RN (Care Management) to lead multiple clinical operations teams, drive performance, and ensure quality and compliance. You will develop leaders, manage workforce planning, and collaborate with HR, QA, and cross-functional partners to deliver client outcomes.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex care management processes across a remote work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing leaders within healthcare operations, contact center, care management, population health, or payer environments.
• Experience managing multiple teams and leaders simultaneously.
• Experience driving productivity, quality, compliance, and service-level performance.
• Experience leading performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing operational action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service-level objectives.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive KPIs for quality, productivity, adherence, and client commitments.
• Partner with Workforce Management to ensure staffing plans.
• Ensure processes align with client and organizational requirements.
• Lead readiness, ramp initiatives, and operational expansion activities.
• Coach and develop leaders and staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Represent Operations in client reviews and governance meetings.
