Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations to oversee PODs and optimize daily clinical operations across our integrated care delivery program. You will drive process improvements, manage staff, and coordinate with central operations to align with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

You will lead a cross-functional team, implement infrastructure for PODs, and monitor key metrics such as patient visits, documentation, and RAF scoring, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
• Experience with Model of Care and Care Management requirements, CMS audit experience required.
• Experience with mobile care delivery operations required.
• Experience with managed care preferred.
• Managerial level interpersonal, management and communication skills.
• Strong diligence and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily POD operations and ensure alignment with SCAN’s goals.
• Design and implement care initiatives within the integrated delivery program.
• Monitor POD performance metrics and lead process improvements.
• Engage with APC manager and Medical Director to review performance and coaching.
• Perform rounding in POD communities to enhance patient engagement and quality.
