This fully remote role oversees intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, with opportunities to travel to service areas and grow into senior leadership.

You’ll establish metrics to improve utilization and retention while maintaining clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing.
• Hands-on experience as Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows.
