House of Hearts ABA seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a growing team of BCBAs in a fully remote setting. You’ll shape clinical and operational workflows, oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, and ensure high-quality care while driving business performance.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing is required.
• Hands-on experience as Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs is essential.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BCBAs and maintain high clinical standards across all cases.
• Oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clinical decision-making support and ensure regulatory compliance while keeping quality at the center.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements rather than maintaining the status quo.
• Drive growth through collaboration with leadership and expansion into new service areas.
• Track key metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance.
