Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote role supporting IL PASRR contracts. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, manage communications, process documentation, and provide administrative and customer support across program lines, ensuring timely, accurate handling of records.

The position requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
