Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote IL PASRR contract. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, manage incoming communications, process and maintain case-related documentation, and serve as a liaison among families, providers, assessors, and internal program teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with phone support, email, scheduling, data entry, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information entered into the system for data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow policies and procedures for indexing and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
