Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support assessment and service programs under our IL PASRR contract. This 100% remote role coordinates assessment scheduling, manages communications, and handles case documentation while providing administrative and customer support across program lines.

The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with phone and email support, data entry, and document

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
