Job summary

Modena Allergy + Asthma is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to support professional development for our nursing and clinical teams across Southern California and Arizona. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, strengthen onboarding, and promote continuous learning in a fast-growing outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes clinical education, patient safety, and standardized workflows, with the opportunity to impact patient care and staff growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years nursing experience, outpatient/ambulatory or specialty care preferred.
• Experience training, mentoring, or educating clinical staff.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and nursing standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating across multiple clinics.
• Proficiency with EHR and digital training tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Lead onboarding and competency assessment for new clinical employees.
• Support standardized workflows, policies, and infection prevention training.
• Create practical educational resources and learning guides.
• Gather feedback and measure training program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth and new services.
