Modena Health is seeking a knowledgeable Clinical Nurse Educator to support professional development across our growing clinical teams. You will ensure nurses, medical assistants, and other staff receive training, resources, and support to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Work closely with clinical leadership to develop engaging programs, strengthen onboarding, assess competencies, and promote continuous learning across outpatient locations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least three years of professional nursing experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, precepting, or educating clinical staff.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient safety.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and clinical staff.
• Facilitate virtual trainings, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
• Create accessible training materials and standard learning guides.
• Support onboarding and competency assessments for new clinical employees.
• Coordinate with leaders on onboarding and role-specific training plans.
• Maintain training documentation, competency records, and program metrics.
• Translate updates in practice into practical educational resources.
