Modena Allergy & Asthma is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager I to lead administrative operations across our California clinics. You will supervise front desk, MAs, HR coordination, and ensure HIPAA-compliant workflow while optimizing patient care and throughput.

Responsibilities include scheduling for clinics and providers, insurance verification, billing oversight, staff development, and building strong vendor relations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years medical office management in allergy/asthma/immunology setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Understand services, testing, and treatments in an allergy/asthma practice, including the OIT program.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and office policies.
• Manage scheduling for clinic and providers; coordinate front/back-office workflow.
• Oversee patient intake, insurance verification, and new patient referrals.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain office supplies, medical inventory, and equipment.
• Develop and implement office policies per MAA SOPs.
• Serve as primary contact for landlord and IT consultant; coordinate repairs and IT changes.
• Monitor inbox for patient inquiries and approve self-scheduled appointments.
• Supervise front desk staff, medical assistants, and admin personnel; collaborate with HR on payroll and licensure.
• Provide primary support for the EHR and Practice Management system; train staff.
