Modena Health in Temecula, CA seeks a highly skilled Allergist/Immunologist to diagnose and treat pediatric and adult patients with allergic and immunologic conditions. You will work in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with specialists and contributing to cutting-edge research.

The role requires MD/DO with fellowship in Allergy & Immunology, board eligibility or certification, and California licensure.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
• Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.
• Board certified or board eligible in Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).
• 1–3 years of post-fellowship clinical experience preferred; will consider highly qualified new fellowship graduates.
• Experience diagnosing and managing allergies, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• California medical license or eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with allergies, asthma, immunologic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including medical history, exams, and tests (skin tests, blood tests, pulmonary function tests).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including immunotherapy and lifestyle modifications.
• Educate patients and families about managing allergies, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• Perform allergy skin testing, spirometry, and immunotherapy administrations (including oral and sublingual options).
• Collaborate with other specialists to ensure comprehensive care and maintain medical records per regulations.
• Engage in clinical research through Orso Health and Modality Health research initiatives.
