Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Network Development Coordinator to build AMO's national clinical network by identifying and developing partnerships with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs. This role is remote, with occasional office use in Chicago.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical education or healthcare recruitment, strong communication, and CRM experience (HubSpot).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or credentialing.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines and working with physicians and mid-level providers.
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes and verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional influence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit physicians, PAs, and NPs for clinical training sites.
• Manage high-volume recruitment pipeline from outreach to onboarding.
• Leverage HubSpot and other tools to track pipeline health and outreach.
• Educate partners on AMO value and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate stipends and collect contractual/credentialing docs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and exceptional customer experience.
