Job summary

Martin Bionics is seeking a Clinical Network Coordinator to support the Product Sales team by maintaining relationships with Clinical Network Practitioners and directing patient leads to clinics. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance materials for international go-to-market strategy and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, healthcare, sales, or related field is required.
• Extensive sales knowledge and customer service experience are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Populate and maintain CRM with up-to-date CNP information (training, referrals, orders, payments, AR balance).
• Maintain and improve lead pipeline flow with cross-functional teams to augment systems and channels.
• Develop and sustain relationships with CNPs, including occasional visits and trade show representation.
• Follow up with CNPs regarding referred patient deliveries and outcomes; document preferences.
