Job summary

Martin Bionics is seeking a Remote Clinical Network Coordinator to support the Product Sales team by maintaining CNP relationships, directing patient leads to clinics, and providing regulatory compliance insights. The role involves collaboration with field sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities domestically and ensure quality in service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/healthcare, strong sales/customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, sales, or related field.
Extensive sales knowledge and customer service are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required.

Responsibilities

Maintain CRM with up-to-date CNP information and referrals.
Improve lead pipeline flow with cross-functional teams.
Develop relationships with CNPs and occasionally attend trade shows.
Follow up on referred patient deliveries and outcomes.
Maintain training environment and CEU documentation.
Monitor health of CNP network and identify partnership opportunities.
Audit lead outcomes and coordinate with teams for improvements.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and review outcomes.
Understand international regulatory environments and maintain compliance materials.
Assist in quality management system maintenance.
