Job summary

AMOpportunities is seeking a Clinical Network Development Coordinator to build and expand our national clinical network by engaging physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical sites. The role offers remote work with optional River North Office collaboration, requiring independence and ownership.

Candidates should have 3+ years in clinical education or healthcare recruitment and strong credentialing knowledge, with HubSpot experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or related field.
• Experience with physicians, PAs, NPs, and healthcare organizations preferred.
• CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical sites.
• Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness.
• Maintain documentation and use data to drive recruitment strategy.
• Educate providers on the value of partnering with AMO for clinical education
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines.
• Ensure timely follow-up and exceptional customer experience.
