Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Sales Clinician to deliver clinical direction and training to customers remotely. You will partner with the sales team, provide clinical insights, and support business growth with nursing leadership.

The role requires strong presentation skills and experience engaging with clinical leadership and executives. The ideal candidate holds an RN/LPN/LVN license and has 5+ years of clinical experience, with comfort in virtual presentations and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN, LPN or LVN with updated licenses and certifications.
• 5 years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical, medical, business, and executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers at all organizational levels, including clinical leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Telehealth/clinical informatics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical business partner to customers, building relationships with facility, regional, and executive leadership.
• Present during customer business reviews and executive discussions with clinical insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Sales, and Clinical Leadership to support retention and growth.
• Manage accounts and clinical initiatives focusing on outcomes, efficiency, and business objectives.
• Deliver clinical education programs and content for clinical and executive audiences.
