Job summary

BioIntelliSense seeks a Clinical Solutions Manager to lead client implementations and post-implementation clinical support. You’ll collaborate across product, data science, and operations to design workflows, define success metrics, and ensure customer success in a remote-friendly setting.

The role requires nursing leadership, 5+ years in clinical settings, and 2+ years in clinical consulting. Travel up to 40-50% is expected, with a remote-first culture and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or Nursing degree required with clinical background.
• 5+ years of healthcare clinical experience in hospitals or similar.
• 2+ years in a clinical consulting role with a healthcare company.
• Remote patient monitoring or telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations including review of use cases and workflows.
• Establish success metrics and implementation roadmaps for clinical solutions.
• Build client relationships to meet requirements and product capabilities.
• Train customers on BioIntelliSense products and value proposition.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and optimization post-implementation.
• Coordinate with sales, product, data science and operations teams.
• Contribute clinical expertise to end-to-end BioIntelliSense solutions.
• Gather market feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales during the sales process to develop value cases.
