Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to integrate patient care and coordinate clinical programs between clinics and Lumicera Health Services. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to improve communication and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include coordinating education, interfacing with medical staff, insurers and patients, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary (8am–7pm Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm Fri).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to foster professional relationships between Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between medical staff, outpatient pharmacies, insurance providers and patients to improve communication and continuity of care.
• Communicate current prescription, insurance, and financial needs to pharmacists, providers, clinical support staff and patients.
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested.
• Interact with clinic employees and external contacts including payers, manufacturers, PBMs and external pharmacy personnel and providers.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable laws and high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
